Ensemble Inégal — Americano / Baroque, Glass and Indians
A seemingly unexpected combination of Spanish baroque music, Latin American and Native American cultures, and contemporary North America. Americano presents the Czech premiere of Glass's 3rd Symphony, baroque compositions of Jan Josef Ignác Brentner extant in Bolivia, the music of Spanish composers printed in the 16th century in Prague or anonymous 17th century hymns in the Quechua language.
