Akcent 2011 - We’re from the Same Planet – the opening of an exhibition of photographs by Jindřich Štreit

The stories of 30 foreigners who found a second home in the Czech Republic were captured by the lens of the documentary photographer Jindřich Štreit.

Jindřich Štreit primarily focused on mapping the family life or work environment of people from neighbouring countries as well as people from places overseas.

The entire cycle is part of a project called A Positive View of Foreigners in the Czech Republic, which has been arranged by the Charita ČR organisation since May 2011. The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Integration Fund (EIF).
